Our Lenten journey began with the declaration that God remains faithful to God’s promises—and it ends there too. Betrayal, cruelty, fear and death will not have the last word in Jesus’ story or in our own. Easter is a celebration of God’s resurrecting power that cannot be defeated—then or now.
Have you seen the power of God bringing new life where you had expected only death? Who have you gone and told?
