We look forward to seeing everyone at the annual combined FOCUS Winter Worship. Please plan to wear masks in the service so that we may sing and to protect those who are vulnerable to COVID or other illnesses.
Communion will be served to those people attending worship in-person with various options at the table: intinction, sealed communion elements – regular and gluten free. People can also stay seated and communion will be brought to them. Please join us after the service for refreshments in the Assembly Hall.
The First Pres choir director is planning to coordinate with the other FOCUS church choir directors for a massed choir gathering that day. The bulletin can be downloaded on the Friday before (February 3) by going to the First Pres website – firstpresalbany.org. There will also be a link for the First Pres Facebook live page.
Prior to worship service:
9:15am: First Pres Adult Education Hour at will be led by a member of the First Press Black History Month Task Force.
COVID community level is currently “medium” in Albany County. Depending on the future COVID level, there may be some changes on our special day. Updates will be shared on the First Pres website.
