Tenebrae Service with Communion in the Westminster Sanctuary

Our Tenebrae Service offers a series of scripture readings, short reflections, and hymns. After each reading, we blow out a candle until the sanctuary is completely dark. We relight a candle before we leave, declaring again that God’s light shines– even in the darkness.
