This three-part educational series, hosted by the Westminster Deacons, will provide you with knowledge and resources for making informed decisions about end-of-life care. In a warm and supportive environment, we’ll explore important topics including:

• Understanding your wishes: We’ll discuss how to complete advance directives and medical power of attorney forms to ensure your voice is heard.
• Accompaniment and understanding: Learn about the dying process and how to compassionately accompany someone who is nearing the end of life.
• Planning your legacy: Consider your preferences for funerals or memorial services.
