Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-24
This Sunday, the children and youth of our congregation will be delivering our message in story and song. Our play, “The Shoemaker’s Dream,” is based on the story “Where Love Is, God Is,” written by Leo Tolstoy in 1885. We’ll meet Martin, a shoemaker, a faithful man who dreams of Christ promising to visit him the next day. As the story unfolds, we’ll explore what it means to see Jesus in our everyday lives.
