In light of the ongoing humanitarian disaster in Gaza, we invite you to join us for a presentation and discussion on Gaza, the West Bank, and the Occupation. We will begin with a brief history of the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza from 1967 to the present day. Our focus will be on the pressures facing the Palestinian population since October 7th and possible future outcomes for Israel and Palestine. We will examine the home demolition crisis in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, the use of administrative detention against Palestinians, and the continuing illegal settlement in the West Bank, all of which have increased exponentially in the past few months.

Our General Presbyter, Rob Trawick, will lead this conversation. Rob is a co-moderator of the Israel/Palestine Mission Network of the PC(USA) and has recently returned from a solidarity visit to East Jerusalem and the West Bank.
